A first message with four lines saves a day of questions. Give the dates you are considering, or the month if you are still open. Give the number of guests, and say how many are children. Name the route, the 2D1N, the 3D2N or the 4D3N for the whole boat, or the cabin you want for a seat on the open trip.
The fourth line is anything that shapes the trip: a birthday, a flight time, a diet, a wish to avoid early starts. The button on this page opens WhatsApp with a short message already written, and you only add the four lines.

Two numbers, one team
There are two WhatsApp numbers, CS 1 and CS 2, and they reach the same team. Use either. They are the only numbers we use. Payment details are sent only as an invoice from us, never by an unprompted message from another number.
We answer daily from 08:00 to 20:00 (WITA). A message sent outside those hours is read the next morning. Passport details and payment confirmations are best sent in the same thread, so the booking has one place to look.
If a message is urgent, say so in the first line, with the date of departure. We read those first. Quiet hours are for the team, not for your trip.

We answer daily from 08:00 to 20:00 (WITA), and we answer the same day. A message sent outside those hours is read the next morning. For a date within a few days, say so in the first line, and we check availability first.
Which numbers are yours?
We have two WhatsApp numbers, CS 1 and CS 2, shown in the contact block on this page. We use no others. Payment details come only as an invoice from us. A request from any other number, or without an invoice, is not ours; tell us and do not pay.
