Why sixteen suits an occasion
Sixteen is the number at which a boat stops being a tour and becomes a venue you hire. Raja Bintang 01 sleeps up to 16 guests on standard beds in six air-conditioned cabins, and the whole boat is sold at one fare for 1 to 16 guests: IDR 78,000,000 (≈ USD 4,785) for three days and two nights. The crew of 6 belongs to the boat. We take the booking and the payment.
What it is not: an events vessel. There is a sound system with a speaker and karaoke set, and the outdoor chill area and sun decks give a group room to stand. Anything beyond the plain trip is arranged on request and quoted separately in writing.
Each occasion has its own page, with its own route and its own example bill. Two lines on each:
- Luxury private charter. One named boat, two private balconies, one fare. Read it if the brief is comfort for twelve to sixteen.
- Celebrations. Birthday, anniversary or proposal. The guest list sets the cabins; cake and decoration are quoted separately.

Choosing by group size
Group size decides the occasion more than the date does. At eight to twelve the share falls to IDR 9,750,000 (≈ USD 598) for eight and IDR 6,500,000 (≈ USD 399) for twelve. Friends, two families and most team trips sit here. The Sharing cabins start to matter, because each holds up to four guests on two double beds and the bathroom is shared.
At fourteen to sixteen the share is IDR 5,570,000 (≈ USD 342) for fourteen and IDR 4,880,000 (≈ USD 299) for sixteen, the range for a milestone birthday or a full team. Every figure is the whole-boat fare divided by head count; the fare itself does not change. The park package and, on a charter, the guide and documentation sit outside it.
Set-ups we quote, and promises we hold back
Decoration, a cake, a dinner set-up on deck, a photographer or a drone permit: each of these is an optional extra, so none is promised in advance. We ask the crew, send a written quote, and nothing is added to your bill until you accept it. Drinks beyond coffee, tea and water follow the same rule: ask us before the trip.
Weddings and large parties are not sold on this boat. The limit is 16 guests on a private charter, and a larger group needs a second boat, which we would plan as two bookings rather than one.
