One fare, three lengths

A private charter here is priced by the route, not by the head. The whole boat costs IDR 69,000,000 (≈ USD 4,233) for two days and one night, IDR 78,000,000 (≈ USD 4,785) for three days and two nights, and IDR 85,000,000 (≈ USD 5,215) for four days and three nights. The same figure applies to 1 guest and to 16. There is no band split and no fee per added guest.

The price per person on a private boat is therefore a sum you do yourself. Eight guests on the three-day route pay IDR 9,750,000 (≈ USD 598) each, and sixteen pay IDR 4,880,000 (≈ USD 299). The table below does the sums for the other party sizes.

The fare is the 2026 price, rounded and all-in as quoted, with fuel inside. A small party pays for the empty cabins too, and you should hear that from us first.

Where sixteen sleep

Fill the cabins in order of bathroom. Two guests to each of the Master, Deluxe and two Private cabins make eight, and those four cabins have a bathroom of their own.

The two Sharing cabins take the other eight, up to four guests each on two double beds, and they share one bathroom. That makes sixteen on standard beds. A private charter takes up to 16 guests, and the private-charter price covers 1 to 16; extra beds belong to open-trip cabin plans.

Suits: families of three or four who want their cabins on one deck, friends who pair off into couples, or a team that puts its senior people in the Master and Deluxe. Tell us the party and we draw the cabin plan before you pay.

Extra beds bring the open-trip cabin plan to 19; private charters are priced for up to 16 guests.

What the fare carries, and what stands beside it

Inside the fare: hotel or airport transfer both ways, the boat with its crew of 6, meals, snacks, fruit, snorkelling gear, free-flow water, coffee and tea, disposable slippers and towels. Fuel is inside, and the fare is all-in as quoted, with no tax line added later.

Beside the fare, quoted in writing: the park package, flights, hotels, tips and personal expenses. On a private charter the guide and the documentation (drone, camera, GoPro) are not included. Either can be added on request, priced separately, and drone flights need a park permit.

Cards add 3 percent, PayPal 7.2 percent and an EDC terminal 3 percent. Nothing is added without a written quote. Drinks beyond coffee, tea and water: ask us before the trip.

If Raja Bintang stays in port

  • The boat cannot sail: a boat of equal or higher class on the same date at no extra charge, or a full refund within 2 days. You choose.
  • We replace the boat: the same two options, and we confirm the replacement boat's name and cabins in writing before the date.
  • The harbour master closes sailing for weather: handled the same way. We never sail against a closure.
  • You arrive late: if you miss the pickup, a taxi boat takes you to the phinisi at your own expense.

The weather sets the running order and the night's anchorage, not us and not the guest. The captain picks where the boat lies for the night, and she stays at anchor overnight.

Two days, three days, four days

The two-day route suits a party with limited leave. It drops the long middle of the three-day plan and rushes Pink Beach into Manta Point. The three-day route is the full set, with a night at each end and a long middle day.

The four-day route is a sample plan built from the same stops. It gives the same stops more room and is the right length for a milestone birthday or a team that wants one free day. The captain agrees the order with you.

Prices for 2027 are on request, to be confirmed in writing before any payment. No 2027 figure appears on this page, and none should be read into it.

Quote, deposit, balance, quay

Message us your dates and head count on WhatsApp; the reply is a written quote that names the route, the cabin plan and every line beside the fare. When you agree, a deposit of 50 percent secures the date, and the balance falls due 30 days before sailing.

Pickup is set with your flights. If your plane lands later than 09:30, tell us at booking, and the written quote sets the start time and the day plan around it.

Hold us to the written quote: it is the one document that counts, with the date set down beside the route and the cabin plan. Read it line by line, and only then pay the deposit. A rescheduling fee of IDR 500,000 applies in the window set out in our terms.
