Where sixteen people sleep
Capacity is simply the beds added up. The Master takes 2 to 3 guests, the Deluxe takes 2, each of the two Private cabins takes 2 to 3, and each of the two Sharing cabins takes 2 to 4. On standard beds that adds up to 16 guests. On open-trip cabin plans, extra beds lift it to 19. A private charter stays at 16.
Four cabins have a bathroom of their own: the Master, the Deluxe and the two Private cabins. The two Sharing cabins share one between them. Better to read it here, once and plainly, than to meet it on the booking form.
Suits: the Master for two or three guests, the Deluxe for a couple, a Private cabin for a parent and child, a Sharing cabin for friends who split a room of two double beds.
| Cabin | Rooms | Beds | Sleeps |
|---|---|---|---|
| Master Cabin | 1 | 1 queen + 1 single | 2 |
| Deluxe Cabin | 1 | 1 queen bed | 2 |
| Private Cabins 01 and 02 | 2 | 1 queen + 1 sofa bed | 4 |
| Sharing Cabins 01 and 02 | 2 | 2 double beds | 8 |
| Berths in total | 6 | 16 |
Extra beds bring the open-trip cabin plan to 19; private charters are priced for up to 16 guests.
Rooms for the day: dining, lounge, sun decks
The day is lived outside the cabins. There is an indoor dining room for meals, an outdoor chill area for the afternoon, and sun decks. A sound system with a speaker and a karaoke set is on board. A refrigerator and a water dispenser serve the guests, and snorkelling gear is provided for the reef stops.
On arrival you are given a welcome drink and a cold towel, and disposable slippers are supplied for the decks.
Meals, snacks, fruit, free-flow water, coffee and tea come with the fare. For anything beyond that, drinks included, ask us before the trip and we quote it in writing.

The gear a surveyor would ask for
A surveyor would look for the same short list. Raja Bintang 01 carries a life raft, 30 life jackets, 4 ring buoys and 8 fire extinguishers. Navigation is by GPS (Garmin) and AIS, with a compass, and the radios are an HT set and an Icom IC-M220.
The crew of 6 know these decks well, and they brief guests on board.
If a safety point decides it for you, children's life jacket sizes for instance, ask before you pay. The boat answers through us, and the answer comes in writing.

FAQ
How many guests are on board, and is it a small, quiet boat?
The boat carries 16 guests on standard beds, with a crew of 6. Sixteen is a small party by cruise-ship standards and a full one by phinisi standards. Ask anything else, and we put the answer in writing.
How many crew are on board?
The boat is run by a crew of 6. They belong to Raja Bintang, not to us. We arrange the booking and take payment, while the crew handles the sailing, the anchorage and the meals on board. The guide on an open trip is part of the seat, and on a charter a guide is quoted separately.
Is the boat new, and how old is it?
Ask us before you pay: we send recent photographs of the boat with the written quote, so that you judge her condition yourself. Any other question about the boat goes to the boat through us, and the reply reaches you in writing.
Is there Wi-Fi on board?
Ask us before booking, and we confirm it in writing. Tell us what you need it for, whether work calls, photo uploads or messages home, and we answer for that use. If a connection decides your trip, say so first, and the answer reaches you before you pay.
