Extras we arrange, quoted before we do

Komodo boat extras begin with pickup: the ride between your hotel or Komodo Airport and the harbour is included on Raja Bintang 01. Dinners, decoration, a photographer and a barbecue are extras, each quoted in writing first. Nothing is added to the fare without a written quote.
Pickup and the vehicle
Pickup is part of the trip. A vehicle meets your party at the hotel or at Komodo Airport, at the time we confirm, and takes it to the harbour. At the end, the same ride takes you back.
The default vehicle is a car or minibus shared with the group. A Toyota HiAce seats up to 12, and a larger coach can be arranged on request. A party of sixteen will not fit one HiAce, so tell us the head count and the luggage, and we plan the vehicles.
On an open trip the pickup falls between 09:30 and 12:00. On a private charter the time is set with your flights.

A vehicle takes your party from a Labuan Bajo hotel or Komodo Airport to the harbour and back at the end, included in the trip.
A Toyota HiAce for up to 12 or a larger coach can be arranged on request, quoted in writing.

A dinner ashore, a private-island dinner, a seafood dinner and a dinner with a special request, such as a birthday or a proposal, are all extras. They are arranged on request, and each is quoted in writing before we book it.
What is served, where the table stands and what it costs are confirmed in that quote. We do not invent a menu, and we do not promise a venue until the crew and the captain have agreed it for your date and the weather.
Tell us the date, the head count, any diet and the mood you want, from quiet to celebration.
Decoration, photographer, barbecue
A barbecue on the boat or on a beach is an optional extra. We quote it separately after checking with the crew, in writing, before you pay. Tell us the date, the head count and whether you prefer the deck or the beach.
Cabin or deck decoration is an extra too. A photographer, with or without a drone, is quoted separately on a private charter, and the open trip already includes documentation. A drone needs a park permit and a daily fee.
Every one of these is a line on a quote. None is a surprise on the invoice.
Meetings and events
A team meeting on the dining room table or on an island, a company outing and a family gathering are all possible. They are set up on request, and the price depends on the head count, the island and the season.
A private charter holds up to 16 guests. A bigger party needs a second boat, and we say so before we quote. Tell us the format, the agenda and any equipment you need, and we ask the boat what it can host. The dining room is indoors and air-conditioned cabins are close by, but there is no meeting equipment on board, so bring what you need.
How a price reaches your phone
Write to us on WhatsApp with the extra you want, the date and the head count. We reply with a written quote within our opening hours, daily from 08:00 to 20:00 (WITA), and a simple extra is answered within a few hours.
Nothing is added to the fare without that quote. If you accept, it goes on the invoice as its own line. If you do not, the fare stays as it was. A quote is valid for the date it names, because seats, the crew and the weather change, and we say so on the quote itself.
