If your holiday does not fit any of the dates, the whole-boat charter is the alternative, and it sails on a date of your choosing if the boat is free.
Read the dates against the pickup window: guests are collected between 09:30 and 12:00 on the first day, and the trip ends between 12:00 and 12:30 on the third.

A seat, not a boat: what you share
On an open trip you buy a seat in a cabin, and the boat carries other parties. Two guests share each cabin. A seat costs IDR 8,750,000 (≈ USD 537) in the Master, IDR 7,750,000 (≈ USD 475) in the Deluxe, IDR 6,750,000 (≈ USD 414) in a Private cabin and IDR 4,750,000 (≈ USD 291) in a Sharing cabin, per person.
A couple in a Private cabin pays for two seats, each at IDR 6,750,000 (≈ USD 414). A third person in the Master pays IDR 4,750,000 (≈ USD 291), and in a Private cabin IDR 4,500,000 (≈ USD 276); in the Deluxe or a Sharing cabin an extra bed is on request.
Travelling alone is possible, and the price is per person with two sharing a cabin. Who you would share with, or whether you take the cabin alone, is confirmed in writing before you pay.
What a seat carries
Included in the seat: pickup and drop-off at hotel or airport, the guide, documentation with drone, camera and GoPro, snorkelling gear, disposable slippers, snacks, meals, fruit, mineral water, coffee and tea. All of it is in the fare, with fuel.
Beside the seat: the park package, flights to Labuan Bajo, hotels before and after, tips for the crew and personal expenses. Drone flights follow park permit rules.
Late arrival is the guest's cost: if you miss the pickup, a taxi boat takes you to the phinisi at your own expense. Be at the pickup point that morning, or tell us the day before.
A date on hold, briefly
We hold a cabin briefly while you decide, then confirm in writing or release it. A hold is not a booking, and a booking is not a seat until the deposit lands.
A seat makes sense for one or two guests, and for anyone who wants the guide and documentation inside the price. From about twelve guests the sums favour the whole boat, and so does privacy as a reason. The comparison page does the sums.

I am travelling solo. What do I pay, and who would I share with?
Seats are priced per person with two in each cabin, so a solo guest starts from IDR 4,750,000 (≈ USD 291) in a Sharing cabin. Who you share with, or whether you take the cabin alone, is confirmed in writing before you pay.
Is documentation included on the open trip?
Yes. The guide and the documentation with drone, camera and GoPro come with the seat on the open trip. Drone flights follow park permit rules. On a private charter, by contrast, neither is included; they are quoted separately on request.
